How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?
After you select your theme, you are taken to our checkout page. The checkout page is done in one step. You then enter all required details and click "Secure Checkout". You will then be taken to PayPal or MoneyBooker to complete the purchase. Once your purchase has been completed, you can immediately login and select "My Downloads". You will be taken to your Downloads page to simply download your theme.
What Payment options do you offer?
We offer PayPal and MoneyBooker at this present time. We will however, offer Google Checkout as soon as its fully supported for Spain. If you have any questions about our payment-options, please contact us.
OpenCart Theme Questions
What is a Single License?
Single License allows you to use the purchased theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). Standard Licenses cost $99.00 US dollars per theme.
What browsers are your OpenCart themes compatible with?
Although we don't give any guarantee on browser compatibility, all our themes are tested thoroughly in all these major browsers like:
- Firefox 3
- Internet Explorer 7
- Internet Explorer 8
- Internet Explorer 9
- Opera 9
- Google Chrome
The installation doesn't work. I got a blank page or an error page. What should I do?
Please check your configuration file app/etc/local.xml and make sure all database info are entered correct and make sure the XML file is valid (no missing tags, etc...). Also check and Layout Update XML in Pages or Static Blocks manager to make sure the XML valid.
I installed the Full Demo Site package successfully but my site doesn't look like BossThemes' demo site.
Probably the package is not up-to-date. Please download and try the template's latest version.
My purchase was successful but I can't find where to download the theme.
After your purchase is successful, you should receive an "order confirmation" email from us, with links to download all files and documentation. Alternatively, you can sign into BossThemes and click on the link My Account at the top right corner of the page, then click on My Downloadable Files from the left menu. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us through the Contact Form.
I can't install 3rd-party extension from OpenCart Connect after installed the demo package.
